• Weather & Delays: While we do our best to get your order to you on time, shipping times may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

• Damage in Transit: We package with care, but once your order leaves our bakery, we can’t control how it’s handled. If something arrives damaged, please send us a photo within 24 hours — we’ll do our best to make it right. 💛
